INVESTMENTS

Amygdala Productions has been established specifically for the purpose of creating sustainable film work in Scotland, we have started with our flagship production Daisy's Amygdala and then will produce several similarly themed anthological films. The focus is on audience growth, with feature production estimated to begin 1-2 years apart over 8-10 years. Sticking to films that are similar in tone, style, and themes will allow us to fortify our base audience over time and compound revenue with each film released.

 

Amygdala Productions offers a structured investment opportunity with tiered share classes, giving early supporters of Daisy’s Amygdala and Amygdala Productions greater potential for growth and value.

First Class
Investors who join early in Daisy’s Amygdala’s development will have the opportunity to secure free shares and a higher share quantity at a lower valuation. This level offers prime positioning as the company’s valuation and audience grow.

Class A
Class A shares are available to investors who come on board at the production stage, following the marketing campaign for the Daisy’s Amygdala short film. T

his is our standard investment share, providing a direct stake in the feature film’s success.

Class B and Future Classes
Investors joining after Daisy’s Amygdala’s flagship release may acquire Class B shares, with additional classes offered for subsequent projects. These shares are valued based on the company’s revenue growth following each release. To incentivize long-term growth, an additional 200,000 shares will be created for each future release, with 60,000 retained by the production team, aligning our incentives with revenue optimization and the project’s sustained success.

Our mentorship programs are specifically designed to empower disenfranchised groups and underrepresented voices, providing them with practical experience that extends well beyond their work with us.

 

To further align team success with the project’s impact, we offer share options to key production members, fostering dedication and long-term investment.
