Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being organised and run and by Elbahi Studios.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and direct associates of Elbahi Studios are not eligible to enter.

​

By submitting an entry, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and are entitled to receive the prize if selected.

​

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

​

In order to be eligible to enter, you have to be associated an Edinburgh Fringe Show in 2025

​

The Prize

The prize is one free show recording of an Edinburgh Fringe show provided by Elbahi Studios in one filming session and one camera angle in July/August 2025. Please note this prize does not include editing.

​

Any mention of specific brands or names as part of the prize does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.

​

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Elbahi Studios reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

​

Elbahi Studios's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

​

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via Instagram or Facebook on 11/07/2025.

Elbahi Studios will make two attempts to contact the winner.

​

If the winner does not respond to the correspondence informing them of their win within 2 days of the second contact, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Elbahi Studios reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

​

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will need to be available for communication around the delivery of the prize and make reasonable efforts to support operations (e.g. notifying their venue that Elbahi Studios is coming to film their show).

 

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered after the recording is taken; otherwise, alternative arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Elbahi Studios for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy which can be found here.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing management@elbahistudios.com.

If requested by Elbahi Studios, the winner agrees to release their first name to other competition participants.

The winner's first name will be announced on Elbahi Studios's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Elbahi Studios accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Acknowledgement of Platform Independence
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that Meta bears no responsibility for this competition and you release Meta from any liability related to it. All information provided is solely for use by Elbahi Studios and not by Meta.

Elbahi Studios reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
